Take a packet of Spring Roll Pastry out of freezer and allow to defrost until soft (approx. 20-30 minutes.) Remove the Spring Roll Pastry from the packet and peel off each sheet of pastry as you use it. Keep the rest of the pastry covered with a clean, damp cloth to prevent from drying out.
